About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders
Write functional specifications, including User Stories, processes, and data mappings
Lead functional workshops and support users
Participate in Salesforce configuration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
Coordinate collaboration with technical teams and implementation partners
Participate in testing phases (UAT) and functional acceptance testing
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (engineering school, computer science, or equivalent)
At least 4 years of experience, ideally in the industrial sector
Strong knowledge of Sales, Service, or Marketing processes
Proficiency in requirements-gathering and modeling methods
Good understanding of data, reporting, and KPI-related challenges
Excellent command of Salesforce, including objects, workflows, flows, and security
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience working with Sandbox environments and deployment cycles via Pipeline
Knowledge of integrations (APIs, third-party tools) is a plus
Conga experience is a plus
Experience with Copado / Odaseva is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in an Agile environment
Fluent French
Professional English, with the ability to interview in English
