About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage contracts throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through closeout
  • Identify contractual risks, propose mitigation plans, and support project teams in securing their commitments
  • Lead contract amendments, contractual changes, claims, and any potential disputes with partners and subcontractors
  • Support project managers and technical teams in interpreting clauses and making decisions
  • Ensure compliance with commitments, deadlines, quality requirements, and regulatory obligations
  • Coordinate technical, procurement, legal, supplier, and client teams
  • Prepare dashboards, provide management reporting, and participate in project reviews
  • Organize reporting for management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in law, engineering, or business, with a specialization in contract management
  • At least 5 years of experience in contract management on construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and contract amendment and claims processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with both technical and legal stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and autonomy
  • Proficiency in English sufficient to communicate verbally with international teams
