About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage contracts throughout the entire project lifecycle, from implementation through closeout
- Identify contractual risks, propose mitigation plans, and support project teams in securing commitments
- Lead contract amendments, contractual changes, claims, and any potential disputes with partners and subcontractors
- Support project managers and technical teams in interpreting clauses and making decisions
- Ensure compliance with commitments, deadlines, quality requirements, and regulatory obligations
- Coordinate technical, procurement, legal, supplier, and client teams
- Develop dashboards, provide management reporting, and participate in project reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in law, engineering, or business, with a specialization in contract management
- At least 5 years of contract management experience on construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of contract law and contract amendment and claims procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills with both technical and legal stakeholders
- Rigor, strong analytical and summarization skills, and autonomy
- Ability to communicate verbally with international teams in English
