About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze existing processes and tools to identify tasks that can be optimized through artificial intelligence
- Engage with business teams to understand their needs and identify relevant use cases
- Assess the feasibility, benefits, and constraints of proposed solutions
- Prioritize initiatives and develop a roadmap aligned with the organization’s challenges and objectives
- Support business teams in identifying and using appropriate AI solutions
- Explore AI applications for document analysis, technical studies, deliverable generation, and preparing commercial proposals
- Develop prototypes and conduct experiments
- Gather user feedback and refine solutions
- Support the adoption of new tools and the evolution of working practices
- Advise the IT department on technologies, tools, and architectures
- Assess the integration of AI solutions into the existing information system
- Work with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and existing applications
- Participate in the technical design and development of solutions
- Address security, confidentiality, access management, and data protection requirements
- Support the industrialization and deployment of solutions
- Document recommendations, best practices, and technical documentation
- Contribute to a consistent and reusable AI strategy
- Monitor results and recommend continuous improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in artificial intelligence, solution architecture, or digital transformation consulting
- Ability to address both business and technical challenges
- Ability to identify relevant AI use cases and translate them into practical solutions
- Experience designing prototypes or integrating artificial intelligence solutions in a professional environment
- Understanding of information systems architecture, interoperability, and integration with existing tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments
- Strong understanding of the security, confidentiality, and data governance issues associated with using AI
- Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders, explain complex topics clearly, and support change management
- A proactive, self-directed approach, with the ability to move from strategic thinking to operational implementation
