About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and evolve reference technical architectures and reusable patterns
- Translate business needs into secure, high-performance, maintainable, and operable solutions
- Ensure technical consistency and promote the consolidation and reuse of components
- Participate in architecture reviews and define technical standards
- Develop services, APIs, connectors, and reference implementations
- Build prototypes and proofs of concept to validate technical decisions and evaluate new technologies
- Support the industrialization of solutions through production deployment and scaling
- Identify risks and technical debt, then implement the necessary improvements
- Integrate software quality and security requirements from the design stage
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, code reviews, documentation, and observability
- Provide expertise on complex technical challenges and deliver Level 3 support when necessary
- Support technical teams in adopting and reusing solutions
- Capture lessons learned and organize knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with Business, Product, IT, Data, cybersecurity, and platform teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in technical architecture and full-stack development
- Ability to design architectures, develop components, and deliver concrete proofs of concept
- Strong understanding of the principles of designing reusable, scalable, and industrializable solutions
- Knowledge of secure development practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability
- Comfortable addressing software quality, technical debt, and scalability challenges
- Ability to work independently, take a strategic view of technical decisions, and collaborate with a range of stakeholders
