About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure application availability and maintain applications in operational condition
- Monitor the proper functioning of services and intervene in the event of a malfunction
- Perform and secure deployment operations and coordinate interventions
- Lead pre-production phases, approve applications, and validate their readiness for production
- Develop, maintain, and provide the pipelines and code required to automate deployments
- Contribute to incident resolution, recurring problem analysis, configuration management, and change tracking in accordance with ITIL best practices
- Support the transition of projects into production and prepare the required environments
- Communicate about incidents, inform stakeholders of planned interventions, and report on activities to management
- Identify opportunities for optimization, automate recurring tasks, and streamline deployment processes
- Work closely with technical teams and application stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in IT production, application operations, or DevOps engineering
- Strong knowledge of operational maintenance principles and application administration
- Experience with pre-production acceptance testing and production deployments
- Knowledge of deployment automation and industrialization mechanisms, including pipelines and deployment code
- Understanding of ITIL processes: incident, problem, change, and release management
- Strong focus on service availability, deployment quality, and compliance with service-level commitments
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and operational stakeholders
- Methodical, responsive, and comfortable working in environments where service continuity is critical
