About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct an audit of the delivery process, including stakeholder interviews, analysis, synthesis, and short- and long-term improvement proposals
- Manage releases and deployments through CI/CD
- Anticipate potential impacts and identify conflicts proactively
- Contribute to collaborative work in an Agile environment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices, methodologies (Agile), and the technology roadmap
- Work closely with Salesforce developers to establish a framework that secures upcoming releases
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (engineering school specializing in IT, business school, or university degree)
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce technical development
- Proven and significant experience as a Release Manager is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to unite teams around shared objectives
- Expertise in APEX and Lightning development
- Expertise in Salesforce administration
- Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Proficiency in SFDX and Copado
- Experience using Jira
- Participation in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, etc.)
- Version control using Git
- CI/CD skills
