About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze business requirements and assess the technical impact of changes
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications
- Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex Triggers
- Configure and customize the Salesforce platform, including objects, security, automation, and metadata
- Develop automated processes using Salesforce Flow
- Design dashboards and reports tailored to users’ needs
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, batch processes, and events
- Manage data using SOQL and SOSL queries
- Write and execute unit tests
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and compliance with technical standards
- Contribute to discussions on Salesforce solution architecture
- Collaborate with business teams, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and technical teams
- Participate in design workshops
- Provide technical expertise on Salesforce-related topics
- Share best practices and contribute to the collective development of skills
- Write and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or formal training in computer science or a related field
- Significant experience in Salesforce development
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Service Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Apex
- Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong knowledge of Apex Triggers
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow
- Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization
- Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is a plus
- Knowledge of OmniStudio is a plus
- Knowledge of the Salesforce Mobile App is a plus
- Knowledge of Agentforce and AI capabilities is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM Analytics is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred
