About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and facilitate the Agile approach.
Implement and maintain a Scrum framework adapted to Cloud activities.
Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Work closely with the Cloud Product Owner.
Organize sprints while taking into account planned activities and Run-related requests.
Implement and maintain relevant Jira dashboards.
Track task and activity progress through Jira.
Create, qualify, and track tickets related to Run activities.
Prepare Sprint Reviews and identify topics requiring arbitration or decision-making.
Provide visibility into priorities, workload, and the distribution of activities within the team.
Coordinate with the various stakeholders involved in PI Planning.
Track progress against commitments and facilitate communication between teams.
Support teams working across Public Cloud and Hybrid Cloud environments.
Manage communication regarding releases and delivered features.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have significant experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in an IT Infrastructure or Cloud environment.
You have a strong command of Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
You are proficient in Jira and its tracking and reporting features.
You are familiar with Public Cloud and/or Hybrid Cloud environments.
You are comfortable coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.
You are recognized for your organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to communicate effectively.
