About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns for national and international brands
- Develop creative, platform-specific ideas for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
- Research, select, and negotiate with suitable creators and talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent management agencies, and partners
- Monitor trends and platforms, with a focus on Gen Z and social culture
- Create briefs, timelines, and campaign workflows
- Coordinate content approvals, postings, and deliverables
- Analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and evaluate campaign performance
- Support strategic and creative client projects
- Proactively develop new ideas and approaches for clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing
- Passion for TikTok, YouTube, creator culture, and digital trends
- Excellent understanding of the Gen Z audience and current platform dynamics
- Strong instinct for relevant creators, trends, and cultural developments
- Creative mindset and a high degree of initiative
- Structured and self-directed approach to work
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management
- Confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical understanding of KPIs and campaign performance
- Excellent German and English skills
