About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic support and solutions to an assigned portfolio of Ys
  • Improve trust and strengthen relationships between CEOs and YUSA
  • Provide specialized consulting services covering financial and operational assessments, executive transitions, collaborations, shared services, management agreements, mergers, strategy, and planning
  • Collaborate with affiliate networks to coordinate and align collective goals
  • Implement communication processes for CEO and C-Suite leaders, including cohorts, peer communities, alliances, and learning centers
  • Support CEO needs related to Executive Learning Series opportunities
  • Convene specialized topics, emerging trends, and shared concerns
  • Bring customized and timely solutions
  • Cultivate CEO relationships through problem solving, trust building, and value-added engagements
  • Establish partnerships across Affiliate Networks, Alliances, and Y-USA departments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business or related disciplines required
  • 8–12 years of experience required
  • Expert functional skills
  • Advanced industry knowledge and experience
  • Advanced managerial skills
  • Ability to manage multiple teams or functions
  • Strategic and operational decision-making authority
  • Ability to perform highly complex and managerial tasks
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Advanced degree strongly preferred
