About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure every request from Affiliate and Vendor teams reaches developers clearly, is prioritized, and gets delivered
- Monitor and triage approximately 120 Telegram chats, 100+ Teams threads, and a busy ClickUp board
- Turn requests such as new offers, API integrations, and payment setups into clear, complete ClickUp tasks
- Follow up with developers, remove blockers, and update commercial teams
- Prioritize competing urgent requests neutrally
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years handling a high volume of requests, tickets or projects at the same time
- Clear, concise written English
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Available in US EST Time zone 9:00PM-5:00PM, Monday to Friday
- Must be in Eastern Europe
- Bonus: startup or small-company experience, ClickUp or Jira
- No coding needed
- eCommerce experience is not required; platform training provided
