About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and run prospective-member sessions, member events and partner gatherings
- Manage invitations, event delivery and follow-up
- Find, assess and prioritise restaurants, bars, hospitality groups and local brands
- Build relationships with local venues, operators and communities
- Agree straightforward collaborations, including member benefits, activations and referral flows
- Maintain the community calendar and partner pipeline
- Coordinate outreach, setup, logistics, delivery and follow-up
- Measure member value, acquisition, usage and learning from activities
- Improve execution and recommend what to repeat, change or stop
- Work with the Netherlands Market Lead and UK Partnerships team
- Own the first local event or activation end-to-end during the first month
- Make straightforward day-to-day commercial decisions within agreed market priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Around 3–5 years of hands-on experience in an externally facing role connected to Amsterdam’s hospitality scene
- Experience in brand representation, on-trade sales, hospitality operations, activations, community or partnerships
- Direct experience working with local venues, operators or communities
- Experience owning recurring activity end-to-end, including community programmes or partner pipelines
- Understanding of Amsterdam’s hospitality and community ecosystem
- Relevant local relationships to get initial conversations moving quickly
- Resourceful, organised and reliable
- Comfortable building professional relationships in Dutch
- Fluent in English with the wider Yonder team
- Must be willing to work in person in Amsterdam, including from the office at least 3 mornings per week
- Must be willing to work occasional evenings or weekends
- Must complete right-to-work, reference and relevant background checks before joining
