About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and run prospective-member sessions, member events and partner gatherings
- Decide attendees, manage invitations, deliver events and complete follow-up
- Find, assess and prioritise restaurants, bars, hospitality groups and local brands
- Build genuine relationships with local partners
- Agree straightforward collaborations, including member benefits, activations and referral flows
- Maintain the community calendar and partner pipeline
- Coordinate outreach, setup, logistics, delivery and follow-up
- Measure member value, acquisition, usage and learning from activities
- Improve execution and recommend what to repeat, change or stop
- Work with the Netherlands Market Lead and UK Partnerships team
- Own the first local event or activation end-to-end during the first month
- Make straightforward commercial decisions after the ramp-up period
Requirements
What you’ll need- Around 3–5 years of hands-on experience in hospitality, events, brand activations, community or partnerships
- Experience involving venues, external partners and recurring programmes
- Ability to own recurring activity end-to-end
- Ability to manage community programmes or partner pipelines and deliver events, activations or collaborations from initial conversation through follow-up
- Knowledge of Amsterdam’s hospitality and community ecosystem
- Enough relevant local relationships to get initial conversations moving quickly
- Resourceful, organised and reliable
- Comfortable building professional relationships in Dutch
- Fluent in English with the wider Yonder team
- Willingness to work from the Amsterdam city-centre office at least 3 mornings per week
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend commitments
- Completion of right-to-work, reference and relevant background checks before joining
