About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Specify, review, analyze, and trace cybersecurity requirements
- Support the creation, alignment, and practical implementation of a unified cybersecurity requirements engineering concept
- Collaborate with and train different departments on cybersecurity requirements engineering
- Drive the rollout and training of cybersecurity processes and activities across the organization
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, including IEC 62443, NERC CIP, EU Data Act, and CRA
- Train the organization on requirements engineering and cybersecurity processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor or Master degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a focus on IT Security, or a comparable qualification with extensive professional experience in OT or product security
- Experience performing cybersecurity requirements engineering in OT or product security
- Experience using requirements engineering tools such as Polarion, MagicDraw, or DOORS
- Experience defining, rolling out, and training cybersecurity processes in an enterprise organization
- Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations and standards, including IEC 62443, CRA, NERC CIP, BDEW Whitepaper, and ISO27001
- Proficient in English
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, iterative planning, and backlog management
- Ability to address new issues and drive effective solutions
- Ability to drive topics continuously and sustainably
