Key responsibilities & impact

Design multi-step tasks drawn from real finance and accounting work, including FP&A analysis, financial reporting, audit procedures, and reconciliations
Create realistic reference files and clear instructions
Define objective grading criteria so qualified reviewers reach consistent verdicts
Build tasks requiring judgment and accurate interpretation of source materials
Create or source supporting materials, including spreadsheets, GL extracts, financial statements, and policy documents
Flag ambiguous or ungradable tasks
Deliver approved tasks on schedule and at the required quality level

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on responsibility in FP&A, financial reporting, audit, reconciliations, or accounting
Direct ownership of the work, not supervisory-only or adjacent exposure
Experience creating or applying structured review standards, such as audit programs, review checklists, close checklists, grading rubrics, or training assessments
Strong Excel capability
Comfort reasoning across multiple documents at once
CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent is a plus, but not required
Strong written English
