Solve and validate mechanical-engineering problems involving design, analysis, simulation, testing, or R&D
Translate physical systems and engineering requirements into analytical or computational models
Create or modify geometry, meshes, materials, loads, contacts, constraints, and solver inputs
Create, solve, review, and validate engineering tasks across structural, thermal, mechanical, and multiphysics domains
Generate required geometry or mesh, apply materials and boundary conditions, run engineering simulations, and assess artifacts and analyses against physical and design constraints
Complete screening questions, an approximately 30-minute AI interview, and hiring manager review

Requirements

What you’ll need

An MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline
Strong understanding of applied mechanics and mechanical-engineering fundamentals
Experience developing analytical, computational, or simulation-based engineering solutions
Practical proficiency with coding agents
Experience using coding agents in the workflow
Experience with engineering design, physical modeling, simulation, technical problem-solving, and Python
