About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the receipt, analysis, classification, and handling of reports submitted through the Ethics Channel.
  • Ensure the governance of the Ethics Channel by monitoring workflows, deadlines, and the quality of investigations.
  • Plan and conduct corporate investigations related to fraud, corruption, harassment, discrimination, conflicts of interest, and other misconduct.
  • Define investigative strategies, scope, hypotheses, timelines, and the necessary procedures for each case.
  • Conduct investigative interviews with reporters, witnesses, leaders, and subjects of investigations.
  • Coordinate the collection, preservation, and analysis of documentary, digital, financial, and operational evidence.
  • Prepare investigative reports and executive opinions to support decision-making.
  • Recommend corrective, preventive, and disciplinary measures based on investigation findings.
  • Advise leaders, committees, and governance bodies on integrity and compliance matters.
  • Monitor indicators, trends, and opportunities to improve the Compliance Program.
  • Support awareness and communication initiatives and efforts to strengthen the company’s ethical culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Psychology, International Relations, Engineering, Auditing, Risk Management, or related fields.
  • Solid experience in Compliance, Corporate Investigations, Ethics Channel Management, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Internal Controls, or related areas.
  • Experience conducting investigations involving fraud, corruption, harassment, discrimination, conflicts of interest, and violations of internal policies.
  • Experience handling reports, conducting investigative interviews, analyzing evidence, and preparing executive reports.
  • Knowledge of Compliance and Integrity Programs, Corporate Investigations, Ethics Channel Management, Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and fraud prevention.
  • Experience interacting with senior management, Ethics Committees, and governance bodies.
