About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and support observability and monitoring tools
- Implement dashboards, alerts, reports, and event correlations
- Proactively identify incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Support infrastructure, network, cloud, and application teams
- Develop and maintain integrations between tools
- Tune monitoring solutions and drive continuous improvement of the environment
- Track availability, capacity, and performance indicators
- Participate in the implementation and enhancement of observability platforms
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with SolarWinds and Entuity
- Experience monitoring Windows, Linux, network, and application environments
- Knowledge of SNMP, WMI, Syslog, and REST APIs
- Experience with troubleshooting and performance analysis
- Knowledge of ITIL and incident management
