About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage QA resources supporting Salesforce applications
- Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and best practices
- Establish test governance, processes, and quality metrics
- Serve as primary QA point of contact for program leadership and clients
- Oversee functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce platforms
- Validate configurations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across Salesforce environments
- Review and approve test cases, scripts, and execution results
- Lead test automation efforts using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar
- Promote CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines
- Evaluate and implement tools to improve QA efficiency and coverage
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to refine requirements
- Coordinate UAT efforts with government stakeholders and end users
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and defects to leadership
- Ensure adherence to federal standards, including Section 508, security, and audit readiness
- Maintain test plans, defect logs, and QA reports
- Support audit activities and provide traceability across requirements and testing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have a Bachelor's degree at minimum
- Must be able to pass a federal background investigation including financial history review
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce quality assurance testing
- 2-3 years of experience leading QA teams
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong experience with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and TestRail
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
