About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review and book customer orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with booking policy
  • Validate pricing, discounts, terms, products, and dates between signed orders and Nue/Salesforce
  • Build, maintain, and enforce deal compliance checklists from quote generation through booking
  • Ensure approvals, non-standard terms, and supporting documentation are captured for each deal
  • Own marketplace and partner transactions, including private offers on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and Oracle Cloud Marketplace
  • Reconcile marketplace offers and disbursement reports against bookings and billing records
  • Support deal registration and co-sell activity in WorkSpan and Salesforce
  • Track partner referral fees, commissions, rebates, and marketplace incentives; provide reconciled data to Accounting
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close by completing bookings, reconciling data, and resolving exceptions
  • Own order and subscription data quality and produce reporting for Finance and Partnerships leadership
  • Maintain documentation and evidence for order management controls and support internal and external audits
  • Serve as a first point of contact for Sales, Deal Desk, Partnerships, Legal, Billing, and Customer Success
  • Identify quote-to-booking errors and lead AI-enabled automation across Nue, Salesforce, and downstream integrations
  • Measure the impact of automation on accuracy and cycle time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Order Management, Deal Desk, Billing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related quote-to-cash function
  • Hands-on experience processing orders through AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or Oracle Cloud marketplaces, including private offers and channel partner private offers
  • Experience supporting reseller or co-sell programs
  • Familiarity with WorkSpan is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and a CPQ platform, ideally Nue
  • Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP and a billing system
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or AI features within business systems
  • Ability to assess where AI output needs human review and controls
  • Track record of catching data inconsistencies before billing or financial reporting
  • Ability to own ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution with limited supervision
  • Ability to explain booking policy and deal requirements clearly to Sales and cross-functional partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
