About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own key parts of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close according to a defined close calendar
  • Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, leases, accounts payable, and credit cards
  • Perform and review balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve variances
  • Support multi-currency accounting, FX revaluation, and consolidation
  • Prepare flux analyses and support monthly financial statement preparation
  • Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure transactions comply with US GAAP
  • Support annual financial statement audits and tax provision work, including preparing PBC schedules
  • Document and strengthen internal controls and close procedures for SOX readiness
  • Drive process improvements and automation in ERP and close tools
  • Manage daily cash positioning and bank activity across global entities and accounts
  • Execute and approve wire transfers, intercompany funding, and payment runs under established controls
  • Record and reconcile cash and investment activities, including interest income and bank fees
  • Support state and federal compliance matters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must be located in the United States
  • Candidates outside the United States requiring a new H-1B visa are not eligible for sponsorship
  • H-1B transfer or extension candidates may be considered
  • Candidates in the U.S. on F-1 status, including CPT or OPT, who need to change to H-1B status may be considered
  • Candidates with other types of valid work authorization are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Experience with multi-currency accounting, FX revaluation, and consolidation
  • Experience with ERP and close tools
  • Experience with internal controls and SOX readiness
  • Experience supporting financial statement audits and tax provision work
