Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-end responsibility for supply chain, production, and fulfillment—from raw materials to the customer
Manage and further develop production and logistics partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or production, ideally in FMCG or food
Strong analytical skills, hands-on approach, and entrepreneurial mindset
Experience managing external partners and suppliers
Enjoy rethinking structures and professionalizing processes
AI-native and an active user of AI
Fluent in German and English
Familiarity with weclapp (ERP), Google Workspace, and Cursor / Claude Code
