About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Acquire new customers in the bakery and confectionery sector for POS, inventory management, and workforce management software
Conduct needs analyses and develop tailored software solution proposals
Advise and win over decision-makers regarding the digitalization of inventory management, production planning, scheduling, branch management, and workforce management
Present and demonstrate YUVENDA software solutions on-site, online, or at trade shows
Prepare quotations, cost calculations, and contract documents in coordination with Sales Management
Work closely with Customer Success and Consulting to plan and implement customer onboarding
Monitor the market and competition to identify new opportunities and trends in bakery software

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional experience or vocational training in the bakery or confectionery sector
Proven track record in software sales, preferably inventory management or POS systems
Interest in IT, digitalization, and optimizing commercial processes
Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships with people
Independent, structured working style and a high level of self-motivation
Engaged team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues
Willingness to travel for customer meetings
Good written and spoken German
