About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Acquire new customers in the bakery and confectionery sector for POS, inventory management, and workforce management software
Conduct needs analyses and develop tailored software solution proposals
Advise decision-makers and win new business for the digitalization of inventory management, production planning, scheduling, branch operations, and workforce management
Present and demonstrate YUVENDA Group software solutions on-site, online, or at trade shows
Prepare quotes, calculations, and contract documentation in coordination with sales management
Work closely with Customer Success and Consulting to plan and implement customer onboarding
Monitor the market and competition to identify new opportunities and trends in bakery software

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional experience or vocational training in the bakery or confectionery trade
Proven sales track record selling software solutions, preferably inventory management or POS systems
Interest in IT, digitalization, and the optimization of commercial processes
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships
Independent, well-structured working style and high self-motivation
Engaged team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues
Willingness to travel for customer appointments
Good written and spoken German
