About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer application servers and databases on the Government's approved engines
- Operate SOAP and WS-Security services, including certificate and keystore management
- Apply STIGs and IAVM remediation on legacy hosts and keep compliance evidence current
- Run backup and restore tests on a schedule and after every change
- Support migration of each legacy service to the new platform
- Respond to production issues, including after-hours incidents
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 or more years administering application servers and relational databases in production
- SOAP and WS-Security operations experience
- STIG and IAVM remediation on DoD or federal systems
- Experience running restore testing
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain the Tier 3 investigation and IT-II designation
- Active Secret clearance or Secret eligibility (nice to have)
- Oracle or PostgreSQL administration (nice to have)
- AWS GovCloud experience (nice to have)
- Healthcare or DHA environment experience (nice to have)
