About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the smooth delivery of HR and payroll services and achievement of agreed performance targets
Act as the central interface between Zalaris and its customers and take responsibility for relationship management
Monitor SAP-related processes and promote operational excellence and compliance
Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and high-quality service delivery
Monitor, report on, and analyze service quality and customer satisfaction KPIs in accordance with contractual SLAs
Take responsibility for customer-related financial metrics, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Manage change requests, including test coordination, deployments, and system adjustments within the payroll platform
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards
Lead automation initiatives, such as RPA; support transition activities between nearshore and offshore teams; and identify cost optimization opportunities
Promote collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to ensure integrated service delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
Professional experience with SAP and/or payroll
Experience with SAP HCM, global payroll, and partner management
Understanding of HR administration and payroll processing
Experience in outsourcing HR, finance, IT, or other business processes
Fluent German and very good English skills
Strong customer relationship management and process optimization skills
Strong business and service orientation, analytical mindset, and customer focus
