About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end Kyriba implementation projects, including scoping, planning, design, configuration, testing and go-live
- Manage treasury advisory projects from start to finish, delivering on time, at high quality and according to engagement terms
- Translate clients' treasury management requirements into solutions and advise on best practices
- Coordinate technical, functional and client resources to keep deliverables on schedule
- Report project status, timelines and risks to stakeholders and address issues before escalation
- Advise clients on treasury technology, redefining practices, selecting vendors and implementing solutions
- Coach and direct Consultants and Senior Consultants and support their development
- Identify new business and project opportunities with existing and new clients
- Contribute to presentations, RFPs, events and networking
- Share Kyriba and treasury technology expertise through articles, webinars or speaking at events
- Contribute to internal initiatives and an inclusive team culture
- Help improve project delivery methods
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience (5+ years) leading or delivering Kyriba Treasury implementations, including configuration and integration with tools such as SWIFT, trading portals and market data providers
- Solid knowledge of treasury and risk management, cash management, in-house banking, payment factories and bank connectivity
- Experience managing projects or leading project teams, with the ability to delegate and coach
- A track record of solving complex client problems with practical solutions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Business-fluent English (written and spoken)
- 8+ years of Kyriba implementation experience is valuable
- Experience with vendor selection or treasury technology strategy is valuable
- Experience contributing to proposals, RFPs or client presentations is valuable
- Additional European languages are valuable
- Willingness to travel to client sites and Zanders offices as needed
- Hybrid working applies, with time at home, in the office and at clients
- Pre-Employment Screening (PES) by a third party is part of the application process
- Expected to behave to a high moral standard
