About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the lead technical implementer for the user-facing platform
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy secure Data Access Mechanisms, including user interfaces and APIs
  • Create, manage, and embed production-level Business Intelligence dashboards and reports into the platform
  • Provide surge support as defined in program requirements
  • Design, build, implement, and maintain information technology applications using the MS PowerApps/SharePoint platform
  • Develop solutions to streamline customer processes using MS Power Apps
  • Participate in customer requirements gathering sessions
  • Demonstrate developed applications
  • Research the best solution for customers given limited resources
  • Perform hands-on design and development of MS Power Apps applications
  • Maintain existing Power Apps and SharePoint applications
  • Develop and maintain design and user guide documentation
  • Adapt to various technical assignments across tasks
  • Support critical deliverables during peak periods
  • Assist with special projects and urgent initiatives
  • Maintain flexibility for rapid deployment to priority areas
  • Support knowledge transfer and documentation efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10 years of full-stack software engineering experience across the entire SDLC for web applications
  • 5 years creating, managing, and integrating production-level BI dashboards and reports (Tableau or Power BI) into web-based platforms
  • Multi-disciplinary IT expertise across cloud, data, and infrastructure domains
  • Experience with SharePoint development using JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS
  • At least 2 years of experience with Sites, Site Collections, lists, and libraries in SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online and/or Office 365
  • Experience with Agile development, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
  • At least 2 years of experience providing customer support
  • Adaptability to various technical assignments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Federal government contracting experience
  • US citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret trust or higher clearance, per contract requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field preferred
  • Multiple cloud platform certifications preferred
  • Project management certifications preferred
  • Agile/DevOps certifications preferred
  • Experience with GitHub and Power BI highly desirable
