About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and deliver complex acquisition projects, particularly within the framework of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
- Own the interface with clients and project partners in collaboration with various project teams
- Support and advise project teams throughout all phases of IPD projects as the central point of contact
- Coordinate and conduct IPD workshops
- Further develop and establish internal IPD standards
- Promote the IPD culture as a subject-matter expert within the company and among external project stakeholders
- Plan, construct, and operate turnkey large-scale projects within the company’s business context
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in a technical or scientific field—preferably civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline
- Initial professional experience is desirable
- Enjoy working in changing project teams
- Strong communication skills and an independent approach to work
- Keen attention to detail, combined with commitment to coordinating and organizing diverse project stakeholders
- Confident and professional demeanor when dealing with internal and external project partners and clients
