About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support acquisition planning and execution activities aligned with program needs and government requirements
- Coordinate business operations tasks enabling technical program progress, including milestone support and resource planning
- Maintain documentation and supporting artifacts for acquisition and operational readiness
- Manage and coordinate facilities support functions to ensure continuity of operations
- Support facilities and operational compliance efforts, including stakeholder scheduling and coordination
- Prepare for, support, and respond to audits and safety inspections by tracking requirements, evidence, and corrective actions
- Ensure facilities and operational practices meet applicable safety and compliance standards
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Operate in a SCIF environment according to security rules and protocol
- Provide subject-matter support on SCIF compliance, access/procedural requirements, and operational expectations
- Support secure and compartmented operations through personnel, process, and coordination activities
- Translate prototype program needs into actionable requirements and resourcing inputs
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to provide resources for prototype development activities
- Interact with government customers, contractors, and internal program stakeholders in support of technical and facilities operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a US citizen
- Must have an active TS/SCI with CI Poly
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical field, business, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
- Twenty (20)+ years of relevant experience
- Successful background and drug screening check
- Experience working with the Government and/or serving as a Government civilian at GS-14 level or above, or equivalent operational experience supporting senior-level government activities
- Extensive experience with Government facilities support processes, including work coordination, tracking, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated, in-depth experience supporting or managing audits, safety inspections, and related compliance activities for government or government-adjacent facilities/operations
- Proven experience working in a classified environment
- In-depth knowledge of SCIF requirements, security controls, and SCIF access/protocol, including visitor/escort requirements, handling procedures, badge/access processes, and compartmented area operations
- Formal education or hands-on experience in an engineering or technical discipline
- Strong understanding of prototype development lifecycle and required resources, including planning inputs, procurement support, facility/utilities needs, test readiness requirements, and sustainment considerations
- Majority of time spent in an office setting
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
