About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Win and expand multi-site frontline organizations across EMEA
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery to signature
  • Prospect into target accounts in aviation, ground handling, logistics, retail, transportation, and utilities
  • Run structured pilots with Solutions Engineers and drive them to commercial decisions
  • Qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC
  • Maintain HubSpot deal records, next steps, and forecasts weekly
  • Coordinate EMEA procurement, security, and data-protection reviews with Legal and Security
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Management for handoffs and expansion
  • Work with channel partners and resellers
  • Travel for key customer meetings, site visits, and events
  • Report to the Head of Sales EMEA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years closing B2B SaaS deals
  • At least 3 years selling enterprise in EMEA
  • Ideally selling to operations leaders in frontline or field-heavy industries
  • Ability to build an original sales pipeline
  • Disciplined qualification and forecasting process
  • Ability to align operations, IT, security, and procurement around a business case
  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
  • Experience using call intelligence tools such as Gong
  • Fluency in English
  • Additional European languages are a plus
  • Ability to work through EMEA procurement, security, and data-protection reviews, including GDPR and DPAs
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and events across EMEA
