About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform Personnel Department activities for condominium properties and the company
- Participate in the onboarding of new employees
- Administer benefits and implement the compensation policy
- Analyze personnel costs and salary information statistics
- Participate in negotiations with benefits plan providers
- Promote employee reintegration and adaptation
- Monitor and control PGR, PCMSO, and LTCAT reports
- Monitor pre-employment, termination, periodic, and return-to-work medical examinations
- Monitor social security-related leave and request the issuance of a CAT when necessary
- Administer condominium benefits, including health insurance, transportation allowance, meal allowance, food vouchers, in-kind basic food baskets, and life insurance
- Process hires, terminations, vacations, and payroll in the Domínio System
- Issue monthly and annual payroll-related taxes and statutory charges for condominium properties and Zelo Condomínios
- Provide support to property managers and employees
- Apply and monitor collective bargaining agreements
- Record and enter timekeeping data for payroll integration
- Submit events to eSocial and file employment-related statutory obligations
- Calculate preliminary monthly employee cost estimates and termination settlement simulations
- Monitor and make PER/DCOMP adjustments with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service
- Monitor and archive physical Personnel Department documents in accordance with current legislation
- Submit payroll, vacation, and termination data in the Live System
- Perform other activities related to the Personnel Department
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- University degree
- Relevant experience, as assessed during the selection process; no minimum duration specified
- Experience with a condominium property management company, as assessed during the selection process
- Planning and organizational skills
