About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the development of administrative procedure automation initiatives
- Handle daily administrative tasks (mail, filing, and document archiving)
- Support the coordination of internal and external communications
- Assist with drafting and formatting administrative documents (reports, meeting minutes, and procedures)
- Monitor and update databases and management tools
- Collaborate on the logistical organization of internal meetings and events
- Manage material resources in accordance with management’s guidelines
- Perform other related duties as required by the organization and based on the intern’s skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing studies in administration or another relevant related field
- Passionate about mental health advocacy
- Action- and results-oriented
- Strong writing, summarization, and analytical skills
- Takes initiative, proactive, and creative
- Bilingual: French (advanced) and English (basic)
- Organized, detail-oriented, ethical, and professional
- Ability to manage priorities and tight deadlines
- Ability to negotiate with people of diverse personalities
- Familiarity with Google Workspace: Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc. (an asset)
- Familiarity with Plaky, Google Analytics, Wix, and Canva (an asset)
- Office located in Montreal (Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough)
