About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack product features across Zenara’s clinical products

- Use AI coding agents to accelerate implementation, refactoring, debugging, testing, and documentation
- Review every agent-generated change with senior-engineer-level skepticism

- Build and validate tests that prove features work, including tests that fail when code is wrong

- Mentor and review work from junior engineers

- Help define Zenara’s standards for AI-native engineering, code review, testing, and production readiness
- Break product requirements into agent-executable tasks and design useful context for agents

- Set standards for human review, quality gates, and production ownership
