About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage international freight shipments end-to-end across air, sea, road, and rail
- Coordinate with clients, carriers, and third-party logistics providers
- Maintain accurate shipment data on the digital platform
- Monitor shipment progress and address delays or disruptions
- Produce and review shipping documentation, including AWBs, CMRs, Bills of Lading, Invoices, and Packing Lists
- Communicate shipment updates and solutions to clients
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
- Identify opportunities to optimise operational processes and supply chain efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality
- Provide client-operation insights to shape supply chain strategies
- Report to the US Operations Manager
Requirements

- Familiarity with international trade laws, customs regulations, and freight documentation
- Ability to track shipment metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements
- Client relationship management capability
- Attention to detail and data integrity
- Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers
- Availability for the 9pm–5:00am EST night shift and potential weekend work
