About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and own security across the company
- Harden cloud infrastructure and implement least-privilege access
- Improve secure delivery and vulnerability management
- Conduct penetration testing and incident response
- Address prompt injection, data exfiltration, cross-session access, and insecure agent-written code risks
- Set security priorities and drive fixes through verified completion
- Identify application vulnerabilities through code review, penetration testing, and agent-specific red-team exercises
- Collaborate with ITOps, platform, and product engineers to harden infrastructure and secure delivery pipelines
- Build detection for user and agent activity
- Build automated security controls into existing workflows and test their effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong application security background
- Hands-on penetration testing and offensive security experience across web applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Solid infrastructure and cloud security fundamentals, including IAM, network segmentation, containers and isolation, secrets management, and logging
- Experience building detections and running incident response
- Fluency with AI coding agents and LLM-based systems
- Software engineering skills to build tooling, automation, and test harnesses
- Ability to weigh risks against releases and explain security decisions
- Experience securing sandboxed or multi-tenant code execution environments (nice to have)
- Red-team, bug bounty, or CTF track record (nice to have)
- Experience with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 security programs and compliance frameworks (nice to have)
