About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report findings and key metrics regularly to leadership, including C-Staff, to guide decision-making
  • Perform analysis, build decks and dashboards, and generate insights
  • Develop SQL queries and conduct ad hoc data analyses to understand trends and underlying drivers
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align on metric definitions and analyses
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Data and Analytics team on technical requirements and analysis
  • Use AI to automate processes and scale the team
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Enterprise Data and Operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7 years of prior experience in an analytics, business intelligence, or strategy consulting role
  • Excellent SQL skills; Snowflake experience is a plus
  • Experience using AI and building AI workflows
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • BS/BA in computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering or related degree required
  • Previous SaaS experience is a plus
  • Experience building financial models and developing automated reports and dashboards
  • Must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico)
