About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the strategic reference point for client accounts
Understand clients’ business challenges, organization, and IT systems, and connect them with Zenika’s expertise
Lead high-stakes consulting engagements focused on technical and organizational transformations
Provide support during scoping, architecture audits, and reinforcement assignments in complex or sensitive environments
Develop client accounts in collaboration with the sales teams
Identify emerging needs, lead presales activities, and participate in closing deals with decision-makers
Manage, mentor, and support consultants’ career development
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and help strengthen the collective
Define IT systems transformation and urbanization roadmaps
Scope and audit Cloud & Data transformation programs
Support the reorganization and modernization of technology and product practices with executive committees
Contribute to the development and structuring of Zenika’s Consulting business
Work in synergy with technical leadership, presales teams, and expert communities
Build lasting relationships of trust with C-level executives and CIOs

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 10 years of experience
Strong foundation in software, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture
360° vision of IT systems, including enterprise architecture, IT urbanization, and transformation roadmaps
Ability to take a high-level perspective, explain complex topics clearly, and present credible recommendations to executive committees
Passion for business development and long-term client relationships
Experience managing teams
Strong knowledge of the banking sector, including its constraints, challenges, and stakeholder dynamics (a significant plus)
Previous experience in a consulting firm or IT services company (a significant plus)
Experience working across multiple technical and functional ecosystems
