About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure end-to-end order staffing and book Zenjobbers onto suitable shifts
- Screen Zenjobbers and continuously monitor their performance
- Support Zenjobbers by phone and in writing
- Serve as the central point of contact for Zenjobbers
- Together with an Operations Manager, act as the operational interface for delivery and quality for enterprise customers
- Work with Aircall, Google Workspace, Slack, and internal tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native-level German proficiency
- Good command of English
- Enjoyment of working with people and strong communication skills
- Thorough, solution-oriented, and independent approach to work
- Ability to quickly apply newly acquired knowledge
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Willingness to work with a variety of tools on a daily basis
- Enrolled at a university; please clarify BAföG eligibility requirements before applying
