About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a customer-facing product end to end, including functionality, operation, and business outcomes
- Talk to customers, decide what to build, build with AI agents, ship, and take ownership of results
- Design systems capable of operating across thousands of CPU cores and millions of daily requests
- Build tests, evaluations, and guardrails to assess whether agent-generated work can be trusted
- Shape how the company works with AI agents and standardize effective practices across teams
- Identify areas across the company where the role can add the most value
- Champion collaboration through knowledge-sharing sessions, kickoffs, and cross-team reviews
- Work directly with the CEO and CTO
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience building high-load, complex production systems
- Experience setting technical direction followed by other engineers
- Product-first mindset with ability to understand customers and business impact
- Daily experience building with AI agents and ability to verify, test, and take ownership of their output
- Experience shipping products using LLMs or agents in production is a bonus
- Strong written communication and ability to create specifications or decision records
- Ability to work with non-technical sales, GTM, and operations colleagues
- Ability to take ownership, work through ambiguity, experiment, and advocate for ideas
- Willingness to learn new languages and tools quickly
- Primarily experience with Go, AWS, and Terraform
- Hands-on individual contributor orientation
- Availability to work EMEA hours
- Ability to collaborate across European time zones
- Successful completion of background checks as a condition of any job offer
