About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two FP&A Analysts
- Create a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and business partnership
- Set objectives, monitor performance, and provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities
- Promote knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Deliver financial analysis supporting strategic and operational decision-making
- Monitor performance against budget and forecast targets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Partner with business units on financial planning, performance management, and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement and implement FP&A best practices
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial and operational data
- Oversee development and maintenance of Power BI data models, dashboards, reporting systems, and performance metrics
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Train and support non-technical managers in data literacy and self-service reporting
- Build stakeholder relationships and deliver analytical solutions
- Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalization
- Lead automation initiatives using Power Automate and related technologies
- Drive efficiency improvements, reduce manual effort, and enhance reporting capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Accounting
- 10+ years of professional experience in areas of controlling (FP&A), audit/accounting, and data analytics in a fast-paced environment
- 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel, Power BI, and Copilot skills
- International experience is a big plus
- Fluency in English; fluency in German is nice to have
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate the message precisely and concisely
- Growth mindset with positive, energetic can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and be accountable for work performed
- Strong project management skills
