About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships across multiple countries
  • Shape FinCrime product strategy across Zepz’s remittance brands, covering fraud prevention, payments risk, vendor roadmap, and cryptocurrency-product FinCrime elements
  • Manage vendor relationships and integrations for telemetric and consortium data, workflow management, and related capabilities
  • Scope, plan, and deliver global feature rollouts
  • Develop product strategy aligned with company vision
  • Deliver business and user value
  • Support business growth and scalability
  • Own and drive product-area metrics, defining success and the path to achieve it
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Product, and other organizational stakeholders to understand problems and identify opportunities
  • Manage stakeholders and deliver challenging messages when needed
  • Monitor market trends, regulations, card-network rules, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to guide product decisions
  • Report to the Product Director – FinCrime
  • Drive strategy and delivery for fraud prevention, scams, and payment risk
  • Own the full digital product lifecycle and deliver end-to-end customer experiences
  • Deliver complex digital initiatives across multiple departments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced Product Manager in the digital Financial-Crime Prevention space
  • Strong knowledge of Finance/FinTech and FinCrime
  • Experience in stablecoin and AI desirable
  • Data-driven; comfortable working with prediction of fraud, risk modelling, and financial modelling
  • Hands-on, self-starter, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
  • End-to-end product ownership, including communication, training, release planning, and continuous improvement
  • Strong relationships with development teams; knowledge of Agile practices and collaboration with product design
  • Leadership of initiatives from ideas through delivery, with an MVP mindset and longer-term vision
  • Understanding of relevant technology and its application to the business
  • Strong experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Proven communication skills with stakeholders across the business
  • Knowledge of Agile/Lean software delivery methodologies and product lifecycle deliverables
  • Experience gathering functional and nonfunctional requirements, writing user stories, and mapping processes
  • Commercial mindset and teamwork
  • Technical and business understanding based on financial services/compliance experience
  • Strong understanding of fraud-prevention regulations and best practices, card-payment and bank-transfer arrangements, including ACH
  • Experience managing technology-partner integrations, including workflows, APIs, error scenarios, and management
  • Ability to work against tight regulatory and company deadlines
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and its workplace applications
  • Practical professional experience using AI tools
  • Strong AI literacy, including prompting and critical evaluation of AI-generated output
  • Awareness of ethical and responsible AI use, especially regarding sensitive data, customer experience, and compliance
  • Experience with Claude is nice-to-have, not essential
