About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive deployment of regional products and services portfolio functional excellence and profitable growth strategy across all regional business lines
- Ensure customer satisfaction and performance in sales and profit by leveraging regional and global domain excellence and execution teams
- Ensure deployment and compliance of portfolio domain governance and functional excellence in the region
- Ensure definition, execution, and consistency of the regional product roadmap across regional business lines
- Represent and translate regional strategic priorities within the global portfolio domain and functions
- Drive consolidation of regional requirements and resource assignment during strategic planning
- Track, report, and trigger execution of domain KPIs and OKRs for the region
- Generate and steer synergies across regional business lines and maximize operational efficiency
- Lead and develop the capabilities of the regional center of competences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in functional and business leadership roles and/or Portfolio Management, Program Management, PMO, Strategy Execution, or Business Transformation
- Direct experience within the North American Automotive Aftermarket in product management/development and/or engineering functions
- Knowledge of ZF product and services portfolio, footprint, structures, and processes
- Proven ability to work in a matrix organization in an international and multicultural environment
