About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and suppliers on product certification and compliance activities
- Collect, review, and extract certification data
- Ensure accurate and timely database updates
- Maintain certification records and documentation in designated tools and systems
- Prepare and update monthly compliance and certification status reports
- Monitor certificate validity and renewal schedules
- Ensure certifications remain current and compliant
- Drive process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, data quality, and turnaround times
- Ensure adherence to compliance tools, processes, and documentation standards
- Support cost optimization and delivery time reduction through certification and data management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5–8 years of experience in automotive, marine, aerospace, or related industries
- Experience in product certification, homologation, compliance documentation, and regulatory standards including ECE, SASO, CCC, and BIS
- Ability to analyze technical certificates, test reports, and engineering documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, Power BI, databases, ERP systems, SAP, and PLM tools
- Strong data management, reporting, and process improvement capabilities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and supplier coordination skills
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional global teams
