About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process and manage customer orders according to established business rules and procedures
Create and maintain sales quotations based on Sales team requests
Process credit notes and delivery notes according to defined guidelines
Coordinate with Central Order Management to monitor and follow up on order execution
Administer customer and user accounts for online service platforms
Support export documentation activities to ensure compliance with applicable requirements
Generate, analyze, and distribute standard operational and business reports
Create and maintain SAP Sets based on business requirements and stakeholder requests
Ensure activities comply with SLAs, quality standards, and work instructions
Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements

5-10 Years of Experience in Order Management Role
Good knowledge of SAP SD module
PC skills (Microsoft Office & SAP)
Good communication
