About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans, and financial reviews
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget, Actual vs Forecast, Month-on-Month)
- Manage month-end closing and financial reporting activities
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and track business KPIs
- Lead division controlling and provide financial insights to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with SEZ, STPI, GST, and Softex requirements
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, including interactions with Big 4 audit firms
- Handle large data sets and perform financial analysis using advanced Excel
- Work with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision
- Develop and support reporting dashboards using Power BI
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified CA
- 12–15 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Financial Controlling, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- People Management experience
- Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large volumes of data
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance and audit processes
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Power BI expertise is desirable but not mandatory
