About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Search for new customers and workshops for [pro]Tech in Latvia
  • Provide technical support to workshops in the defined area
  • Conduct technical trainings for workshops and distributors
  • Present workshop concepts at official meetings and customer events
  • Search for new business opportunities in the defined area
  • Define targets and generate achievable plans
  • Collect market information on competitors, including campaigns, price positioning, and new products
  • Develop market analysis reports
  • Visit customers regularly on a weekly/monthly basis in the region
  • Travel to other countries such as Lithuania, Poland, and Estonia when necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Qualified technical background: technical training/apprenticeship in automotive engineering or similar
  • 3-5 years’ experience in automotive industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to solve technical issues
  • Knowledge of automotive market
  • High communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in the team
  • Very good Latvian and English skills are necessary
  • Good German skills desirable but not mandatory
  • Driving license
