About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Corporate Risk and Control Management team in conducting a Climate Risk Analysis for ZF Group
  • Support ZF’s Climate Risk Analysis and sustainability-related risk management activities
  • Collect and validate climate and related data from experts around the world
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior and top management strategic decision-making
  • Organize international workshops, meetings and working groups with sustainability and risk management experts
  • Support project coordination, including scheduling, documentation and follow-up of action items
  • Work closely with professionals in Risk Management, Sustainability and Climate

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enrolled student in Business, Economics, Sustainability, Risk Management or a related field
  • Strong interest in building a career in Sustainability, ESG and Risk Management
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Skills and user experience in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • First experiences with larger datasets, ensuring data quality and supporting analysis through structured data preparation and reporting
  • Good English skills
  • German is a plus
