About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead AI/ML engineering initiatives involving Generative AI and Agentic AI
- Deploy production solutions using Python, Azure ML, Databricks, and GenAI frameworks
- Design and operate robust data pipelines for structured and unstructured data, including text and embeddings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Contribute to ZF’s technology and mobility solutions as part of a global organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Any Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 6–9 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering
- At least 2–4 years of hands-on Agentic AI and Generative AI experience
- Track record of production deployments using Python, Azure ML, Databricks, and GenAI frameworks
- Hands-on data engineering experience designing and operating robust pipelines for structured and unstructured data, including text and embeddings
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Certifications in Azure AI/ML, Databricks, or Generative AI specialties preferred
